Hello Lorraine, I have been experiencing the same issue since last week. Gordon Antonello. I have the exact same problem with the EasyCamera on my Ideapad Tried everything found on the web. Nothing makes sense. The white LED next to the camera is on but the image is black. This is the same with the camera app, Zoom, Skype, etc. There must be someone in the Microsoft community that knows what the problem is.

In reply to Gordon Antonello's post on July 20, Wish I could say the same. I have some luck with it every once in a while where it will come on but it will go out just as quickly.

I have thought about opening up the back of the computer but not really sure about that. I will have to watch some video's on how to do it before I attempt that. The computer's an all in one so, if I botch it up, then I'm really in trouble.

I've been using zoom for a while now and it's been great however recently after a zoom update my camera stopped working!!! At first I thought my camera had quit on me however the camera is working fine with other programs. I've even tried plugging in a USB webcam in place of the internal camera and it still does not work.

I have tried uninstalling the zoom client and reinstalling and that has not helped. I have also tried uninstalling the camera drivers and reinstalling them. I have attempted to look for other programs that are using the camera simultaneously but there are none.

I've even turned off my antivirus thinking maybe it was blocking the camera for some reason. I even turned off my adblocker thinking maybe it was causing a problem. All of these have not resulted in a solution to the problem I'm hoping somebody out there has a solution? I am having a similar issue which just recently started.
